Our client is expanding its Project Accountant team on-site in Fort Wayne, IN. If you love variety, high trust, and a laid-back culture (with free Friday team lunches!), this is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Manage project finances from setup to monthly billing using Sage 300.
- Partner with project managers to track budgets, analyze risks, and spot savings.
- Handle vendor compliance, accounts payable, and sales/use tax.
What you bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a MUST
- 5+ years of experience (construction experience is a plus!)
- Knack for solving problems under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
